All our products are made on demand. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size, or unsuitable choice.

2. Defective or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by sending a clear photo of the issue to:

– A free replacement, or
– A full refund.

3. Lost Shipment or Package Not Received
If your order doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time or appears lost, contact us quickly. We’ll follow up with our suppliers to resolve the issue.

4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package
If the address was incorrect or the package is returned due to being unclaimed, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
